In China, the Casting and Forging Branch of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd., after two years and hundreds of experiments, successfully developed a high-end combination bucket tooth. This combination bucket tooth's design is groundbreaking. Market research and competitive analysis clarified the direction, and the design process was enhanced by benchmarking against leading international products. Regarding materials, the team conducted in-depth observations of actual working conditions in mines and independently developed and named 12 high-performance wear-resistant materials. Among these, high-strength, high-wear-resistant alloys significantly improve the wear and impact resistance of the bucket teeth, extending their service life from 45-60 days to 3 months, and the adapters' service life to up to 9 months.
