Ample Stock! A Look Inside Our 3200 Sq m Automated Warehouse

Apr 02, 2026

For excavator owners, bucket teeth are their "teeth." Sharp teeth halve loading efficiency; missing teeth mean excavator downtime.

Bucket teeth are also the most frequently replaced, most varied, and most prone to stockouts among all spare parts. Today, we take you inside Aili's 3200 sq m automated warehouse, showcasing our dedicated bucket tooth storage area and how we achieve "whatever you need, we have, immediate delivery."

The Bucket Teeth's "Independent Kingdom"-A 3200 sq m Dedicated Area, 200,000 Units in Stock
Entering the warehouse, you'll find our specially designated bucket tooth storage area. This isn't just simple stacking; it's meticulously managed in a grid system according to brand, machine model, and tooth type.

Dual storage system: The upper layer stores slower-moving special teeth (double-pointed teeth), while the ground layer with three pallets stores the most frequently used ordinary digging teeth.

Standard inventory: Always maintain an inventory of over 200,000 units.

Daily throughput: During peak season, daily outbound shipments can reach 5,000-8,000 units. Replenishment vehicles arrive twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, ensuring uninterrupted supply.

Other parts may not be shipped on weekends, but bucket teeth cannot. Construction sites operate continuously on weekends, and bucket teeth can break at any time. Therefore, our bucket tooth section operates year-round, with staff on duty even on weekends.

Scenario 2: Full model coverage – compatible with 90% of excavators on the market. The biggest problem with bucket teeth is "buying them but not being able to install them." Our bucket tooth section is categorized into three levels: "Brand → Model → Tooth Type," with clear labeling, so even a new picker can find the correct location within 30 seconds.

Currently, we stock bucket teeth from the following ten major brands:

Brand Series Compatible Models Tooth Type

Caterpillar (CAT) J200-J800 Standard teeth, rock teeth, through teeth

Komatsu (KOMATSU) PC60-PC1250 Standard teeth, reinforced teeth

ESCO 18S-V81

Hitachi (HITACHI) ZX200-ZX850 Rock teeth, earthmoving teeth

SANY (SANY) SY55-SY870 Standard teeth, wear-resistant teeth

XCMG (XCMG) XE60, XE150, XE215, XE335 Standard teeth

LIUGONG (LIUGONG) CLG906, CLG915, CLG920, CLG936 Rock teeth

KOBELCO SK200-8, SK250-8 Standard Teeth
Volvo EC210-EC950 Rock Teeth
Hyundai R215-9, R225-9 Standard Teeth

Each storage location has a clear label: brand, model, tooth type, applicable pin specifications, inventory quantity, and minimum replenishment line. Customers only need to provide the excavator's brand and model, and we can almost always locate the corresponding bucket teeth within 3 seconds.

Bucket Teeth Are More Than Just "Globes of Iron"-Strict Control of Materials and Manufacturing Processes
Many customers think bucket teeth are just a piece of cast steel and can be bought casually. This is not the case. Inferior bucket teeth may wear down quickly, even break or chip, damaging the tooth base, resulting in more harm than good.

Next to the bucket tooth storage area, we have a small sample display case showcasing our three main series of bucket teeth:

Standard Wear-Resistant Teeth (Economy Type): Made of alloy steel, suitable for ordinary earthmoving and gravel conditions, offering the best cost-performance ratio.

news-1438-1080

Super Strong Rock Teeth (Mining Type): Incorporating alloying elements such as chromium and molybdenum, and undergoing overall quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC47-53, 2-3 times more wear-resistant than ordinary teeth, specifically designed for mining and crushing operations.

Penetrating Teeth (Sharp Teeth): With a sharper tooth shape, penetration power is increased by 30%, suitable for excavating hard soil, frozen soil, and gravel.

Before each batch of bucket teeth enters the warehouse, we conduct a hardness test-using a portable Leeb hardness tester to prick points on both the tooth tip and back; batches failing to meet the hardness standard are returned. We also conduct destructive hammer impact tests (randomly selecting 1-2 teeth and forcefully striking the tooth tip with a sledgehammer) to ensure there are no brittle fractures that break easily upon impact.

Bucket Tooth Accessories – Pins, Snap Rings, and Washers All Included

Many competitors only sell bucket teeth, omitting pins and snap rings. Customers often find the original pins worn and unable to fit properly upon receiving the goods, requiring them to buy them separately, wasting time.

We insist on shipping bucket teeth + matching accessories as a complete set:

Pinks are made of 40Cr steel with a blackened surface treatment for rust resistance and wear resistance.

Snap rings are made of spring steel through stamping, offering good elasticity and preventing them from easily falling off.

All matching accessories are stored in the accessories area next to the bucket teeth section, organized by model number. They can be retrieved during order picking and directly placed into the bucket tooth box during packing, ensuring customers can use the product immediately upon opening the box without having to search for pins.

Packaging and Shipping – Bucket Teeth Also Need "Armor"

Bucket teeth are solid metal, but collisions during transportation can cause chipping at the edges, affecting installation and lifespan.

Our Packaging Standards:

0-50 pieces: Woven bags, tightly sealed, labeled "Heavy Goods".

Wooden crates, wrapped with moisture-proof film.

Logistics: Bucket teeth are shipped via dedicated logistics lines, reaching most parts of the country in 2-4 days. For emergency shutdowns, we can provide direct delivery by dedicated truck (freight negotiable).

Conclusion: Bucket teeth may be small, but they are crucial to efficiency. The quality of an excavator's "teeth" directly determines the daily loading tonnage and fuel costs.

Company Name: Bucket Teeth Specialty Zone, 200,000 pieces in stock, covering 10 major brands, each tooth undergoes hardness testing. We invite you to check inventory via video call at any time, or come directly to our warehouse to inspect the goods-see our bucket teeth, tap them to listen to the sound, measure the dimensions with calipers, and place your order only if you are satisfied.
