1、 The pile head of the battery line is in poor contact and the contact surface is oxidized. The bucket teeth of the excavator greatly increase the damage probability of the CPU and instrument of the computer board. The principle is the same as that of the electrical appliances used in the family. If the fuse box is in poor contact or the switch is in poor contact, the bulb is always on and off, and it is easy to burn the bulb. The electrical system on the excavator is the same as that of household electrical appliances, so we must pay attention to whether the contact of the battery pile head is firm at ordinary times.

2、 The battery wires are connected reversely, and the bucket teeth of the excavator are very serious mistakes. The damage rate is great. At least, the wires are burned, and at worst, the power circuit and CPU of the computer panel and instrument are burned. Some excavator lines are connected in series with diodes. If the positive and negative poles of the power supply are connected reversely, these diodes will also be burned, and the fuse will certainly not be spared.

3、 The accelerator motor fails or operates abnormally. The accelerator motor used by the excavator includes DC motor and stepping motor. If the motor is overheated and short circuited, it is very easy to burn out part of the accelerator control circuit of the computer board, which is an inevitable fault. At ordinary times, pay more attention to keeping the accelerator motor assembly of the excavator clean, and the probability of failure will be reduced; When the excavator bucket teeth are powered on, the accelerator motor connecting rod of the excavator cannot be pulled. If you have to move the accelerator control rod with force, it is very likely to burn out the computer board of the excavator;
