1. The welding layer shall be free from defects such as cracks, weld beading, unwelded, staggered joint, etc.

2. Proper setting of main parameters for bucket tooth welding of Hitachi interchangeable series excavators: bucket tooth manufacturers adopt large electric flow and relatively slow welding rate on the premise of ensuring weld quality.

3. Water cooling, heat dissipation and hammering shall be carried out immediately after welding to ensure the dispersion of in-situ stress.

4. Strict regulations on welding machinery and equipment. DC welding machine is adopted, which has the characteristics of easy arc striking and stable ignition. Narrow gap, long section welding and intermittent welding shall be adopted as far as possible in the actual operation level of welding.

5. During welding, the bucket teeth of the excavator shall be welded from the inner side to both sides. After welding a weld, move the welding wire 3 ~ 4mm to both sides to make this weld press up and down 1 / 3 of the previous weld. In this way, the weld can be continuous, and all spray welding layer welds are evenly distributed, the surface is smooth, and the forming is beautiful and generous.

6. Before welding, the welding wire must be air dried at 350 ℃ for 15 hours to ensure the credibility of bucket tooth welding.

7. During filling welding, ensure that the weld filling layer and weld leg are 16mm.
